General Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs)

1. Purpose and Scope

These T&Cs govern the use of the digital authorisation issuance service for the OEC Label - E Sintinelle site, published by the OEC. Access to the service constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of the Service

The service allows for the obtaining of a digital authorisation (QR Code).

• The authorisation is personal, non-transferable, and linked to a specific vessel.
• The service is accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance or cases of force majeure.

3. User Commitments

The user (Captain or Professional) certifies the accuracy of the information provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (text, OEC logos, technical architecture) are the exclusive property of the Office de l'Environnement de la Corse. Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without authorisation.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law and the French language. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through amicable agreement, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Administrative Court of Bastia, in view of the publisher's status as an EPIC (Public Industrial and Commercial Establishment).
